I have worked in pottery for over 20 years, and have many unique Wizard of Oz pieces. I recently I took up welding, and well, my yard is filling up with Oz metal sculptures as we speak.
As a 30+ year collector of Oz, I have a lot of favorite things, but there are still things that have never been made. I enjoy the hunt for cool products as much as the next fanatic, but I also really adore handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces. If I can't find something specific, well, I might as well make it!
In my presentation, I will show you how to stretch your imagination and make your very own stepping stones. You will amaze yourself with just how many different things you can do! Use them to start an Oz garden, or freshen up an old one!

A lot of my favorite pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces from potters, painters, woodworkers, etc.
Now according to my husband, I collect "stuff", because I do like pretty much anything Oz-related, but I HUNT for Land of Oz, NC souvenirs from the 1970's, anything flying monkey or Munchkin related.
